Macaron Class

Learn to make Macarons! From weighing ingredients to filling your shells and everything in between! 
Bring a notebook to take notes! You will write down your recipe! 
You’ll be making your own batch of macs to take home! (Approximately 15-18 macs) 
Class is approximately 3 hours. Weeknight classes start at 5pm. If you’re booking for more than 2 people, and need a later start time, please contact me. I may be able to start later. 
Class is held at One Sweet Cookie.

Allergy alert: Macarons contain almond flour.
